Emvizion

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 16, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of emvizion.com and any related pages, tools and features, including our AI project scout, Viz (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Emvizion LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Emvizion," "we," "us" or "our").

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.

1. What we do

Emvizion designs, builds and maintains custom software for businesses, including web platforms, business systems, CRMs, dashboards, client portals, websites, mobile apps, AI assistants and automations. The Site describes our services, shows examples of past work, and lets you tell us about a project through Viz or by email.

2. Who may use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit a project inquiry. The Site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children.

3. The Site is information, not an offer

Content on the Site, including service descriptions, timelines ("scoped in a week," "live in weeks"), process descriptions and the interactive hero demo, is general information. The hero demo is an illustration and does not show what your project will look like. Nothing on the Site is an offer, quote, guarantee or binding commitment to provide any service, feature, price or delivery date.

4. Project work is governed by a separate written agreement

Submitting an inquiry or a project brief does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either party. If we agree to work together, the scope, fixed price, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, ownership of code and data, maintenance, warranties and other terms will be set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties (such as a proposal, statement of work or master services agreement) (a "Services Agreement").

If a Services Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Services Agreement controls for the services it covers. Statements on the Site such as "you own it" describe our standard approach and take effect only as stated in your Services Agreement.

5. Viz, our AI project scout

Viz is an automated chatbot that uses artificial intelligence. It is not a person. When you chat with Viz:

  • Its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or not suited to your situation. Viz may point to our published package prices, but it cannot give a quote, commit to timelines, promise features or make agreements on our behalf. Only a signed Services Agreement binds Emvizion.
  • Your conversation is saved. The transcript and the project brief Viz drafts are stored and read by our team so we can respond to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Do not share sensitive information. Please do not enter passwords, financial account or card numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, classified or export-controlled information, trade secrets, or personal information about other people that you are not authorized to share. Describe your idea in general terms; we will discuss details once an appropriate agreement, such as a non-disclosure agreement, is in place.
  • Use it for its purpose. Viz is for describing a software project you want built. You agree not to use it to generate unrelated content, test or extract its instructions, attempt to bypass its limits, or submit automated or excessive requests. We limit message length and frequency and may block access that appears abusive.
  • Response time. We aim to reply to briefs and emails within 1 business hour (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET). This is a goal, not a guarantee, and response times may be longer at times.

6. Information you submit

You are responsible for the information you submit through the Site. You confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.

Ideas you share in an inquiry or brief remain yours. We will use them only to evaluate, discuss and respond to your inquiry and as described in our Privacy Policy. We may, however, already be working on, or later independently develop, software or ideas similar to yours, and receiving your inquiry does not restrict that work. If you need confidentiality protection before sharing details, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement before you send them.

If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in violation of any law or to infringe anyone's rights;
  • submit false information or impersonate any person or organization;
  • upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory or obscene;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, databases or other users' information, or probe, scan or test its vulnerabilities;
  • scrape, crawl or copy the Site by automated means, except for standard search-engine indexing;
  • interfere with or overload the Site, or use it to send spam; or
  • copy, reverse engineer or build a competing product from the Site or Viz.

8. Our intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the Emvizion name, logo and "emv" monogram, the Viz character, and the underlying code, are owned by Emvizion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business use in evaluating our services. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or use them without our written permission. The slogan "You envision it. We build it." and our logos may not be used in a way that suggests a partnership or endorsement.

9. Portfolio and third-party links

The "Recent work" section shows examples of projects we have built. The names, trademarks and websites shown belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not mean those owners endorse Emvizion beyond the project described. Links to third-party websites open sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Site, Viz and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that information on it, including anything generated by Viz, is accurate or complete. Any warranties for our services are provided only in a Services Agreement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emvizion and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Viz, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not apply to claims under a Services Agreement, which has its own terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Emvizion and its owners, employees and contractors from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that infringes or violates someone else's rights.

13. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, including Viz, at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply from the date posted. Your continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other in writing and allowing 30 days for a response.

15. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Emvizion about the Site.
